Inspired by My Grandmother's frontal lobe dementia , 'Are you my daughter?' prints have been developed by reusing shapes and stretching images and fabrics to create repetitive imagery and distorted compositions. In the last year or so of her life her communication was limited to a couple of familiar phrases, one being 'are you my daughter' and the other being a song, 'john browns body lies molding in the grave'. Limited to this vocabulary all emotional response and acknowledgement was given through these words. Using this premise, I wanted to portray images that only have a few simple elements and place them into diverse compositions. We are a mirror of ourselves, we hear what we want to!

New Collection Ideas
Inspiration For my latest Capsule Collection
Inspired by urban sportwear, collage, juxtaposition and both natural and urban environments,
my latest collection will be a mix of mens' and womenswear! Emphasis is on prints and textured casuals. I am very excited to be back working on some personal projects with the help of my Friend Crystal Barnett! Surrounded by my inspirations and conflicts all at once!
